RE: Access to Quotation / Policy Data & Forms via the Website

The FAIR Plan has re-designed its existing website and has added a new feature that allows producers to access the following information via their Internet web browser:

• Basic Quotation and Policy Information
• Additional Interest Information
• Rating Information
• Location and Coverage Information
• Billing and Payment Information
• Policy Change History Information
• Mailed Documents (Renewals, New Business, Endorsements, etc…)

Access is limited to quotations and policies that are within the producer's book of business.

Please click here if you are a producer and would like to register for online access to quotation / policy information. Once registered, you will have the ability to view quotation / policy information 24 hours 7 days a week!!

This website also provides easier access to a vast range of operational/underwriting guidelines within the FAIR Plan, including more details on brush clearance requirements.

Producers with multiple office locations should make sure to use their correct group code to register in the system. Any producer having problems registering should contact our Agency License Desk at (213) 252-2377.

This change represents the first in three phases of technological advances being planned. Some of the enhancements will include the following:

• Electronic Quotation Processing and Automated Quotation Delivery Within Minutes
• Process Various Endorsement Requests Via the Website
