California FAIR Plan Association ("CFP") does not collect personal information (that is, information from which an individual may be identified) from visitors to the Website, other than that information sent via email by visitors to CFP using the e-mail address in the ��contact us�� information on the Website (��CFP E-mail Exchange��).  CFP uses the information submitted via the CFP E-mail Exchange to respond to your inquiry. Neither CFP nor any CFP producer will use the information submitted to the CFP E-mail Exchange for marketing purposes, nor share it with any third party for marketing purposes.

CFP may store the information you submit via the CFP E-mail Exchange for such period of time as may be necessary, in its discretion, to resolve your inquiry.   

Statistical information derived from the information submitted via the CFP E-mail Exchange may be shared with third parties, however, such statistical information is not associated with any individual in a personally identifiable manner.

Normal Website Usage

You may visit the Website to access information about CFP products and services, without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information. The only data we collect and store during normal website usage is typical web server log data. We use this information to generate statistics and measure site activity to benefit Website users.
