As our nation deals with the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking steps to help protect the health and safety of our customers, employees, and brokers, while continuing to provide you the best possible service.

We are taking steps to exercise social distancing in the office which has required us to temporarily change some of our practices.  We encourage you to contact your broker with responses to company requests, assistance with payments, and general questions.

Our website is also available 24/7 and provides access to:

  • Claim reporting
  • Payment of premium
  • Finding a broker

At this time, our lobby is closed to customers so we can maintain social distancing.  We will maintain the locked drop box outside the lobby should you need to drop off a check/money order (no cash) for your premium payment. (Money orders are available for purchase at the US Post Office, 7-11 Stores, and most banks.)
