Clearinghouse Disclosures
The California FAIR Plan Association may share the Personal Information of policyholders with California FAIR Plan clearinghouse member companies to enable them to consider offering insurance coverage to you (“Clearinghouse Disclosures”).
Allowing your information to be included in the clearinghouse program permits other insurance carriers to review some of your policy information and, if they choose, offer to place your policy in the standard market instead of with the California FAIR Plan.
